Yes, we do. We’ll guide you through the entire insurance process — from writing a proper estimate to communicating directly with your adjuster. Our goal is to make it as stress-free as possible. If you choose to pay out of pocket, rather than going through insurance, we can provide you with a written estimate.
Each repair is different, it depends on the extent of damage. We we pride ourselves on fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality. After your estimate, we’ll give you a realistic timeline so you can plan accordingly. Typically minor damage repairs only take a few days. If you drop you vehicle off Monday morning, you typically get it back that week. We will provide you with a pick up date/time when you drop off.
Yes, we provide free, no-obligation estimates. Stop by our shop anytime 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. You can also upload photos to us via text at (239) 898-8482 for minor dents/ding quotes. Provide your VIN and a brief description of the damage. Depending on the extent of damage, we may ask you to bring the vehicle to the shop for further inspection, however in most cases, we will text you back an estimate.
