4. Do you use aftermarket parts?We prioritize OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever possible. If an insurance policy requires aftermarket parts, we’ll let you know and help you understand your options.

2. Do you work with insurance claims?Yes, we do. We’ll guide you through the entire insurance process — from writing a proper estimate to communicating directly with your adjuster. Our goal is to make it as stress-free as possible. If you choose to pay out of pocket, rather than going through insurance, we can provide you with a written estimate.

3. How long will the repair take?Each repair is different, it depends on the extent of damage. We we pride ourselves on fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality. After your estimate, we’ll give you a realistic timeline so you can plan accordingly. Typically minor damage repairs only take a few days. If you drop you vehicle off Monday morning, you typically get it back that week. We will provide you with a pick up date/time when you drop off.

6. Do you offer free estimates?Yes, we provide free, no-obligation estimates. Stop by our shop anytime 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. You can also upload photos to us via text at (239) 898-8482 for minor dents/ding quotes. Provide your VIN and a brief description of the damage. Depending on the extent of damage, we may ask you to bring the vehicle to the shop for further inspection, however in most cases, we will text you back an estimate.

1. Do I have to use the repair shop my insurance company recommends?No. You have the right to choose the collision repair shop you trust. Insurance companies may suggest national chains, but the decision is 100% yours. We work with all insurance companies and advocate for proper, high-quality repairs to your vehicle. 7. What should I do right after an accident?Make sure you and everyone involved are safe, call 911 if needed, and exchange information. Then contact your insurance company and tell them you want to bring the vehcile to Prime Paint & Repair. Give us a call (239) 362-2073 and we can walk you through next steps from there.

5. What kinds of vehicles do you repair?We specialize in newer model, high-quality vehicles (typically 5 years old or newer) — including luxury and performance cars. We do not provide any full restorations, full repaint/color changes, or rust repair. Our focus is on minor or major collision repair to allow fast turnaround repair time.
